| Shipping and Returns |
Shipping
Shipments are made by UPS from the Flag Lady Flag Store. CLICK HERE for a chart showing the typical ground transit times for UPS. Often if you are in certain areas the UPS ground shipping method is the most economical method as it will get to you in the same time that the more expensive methods do. Days noted on the chart are business days from when we ship your order and do not include weekend or holidays. Please add 1-2 working days from when you place the order until it is processed, packaged and shipped. Some shipments may be elligible for USPS delivery. Transit times for USPS are approximate and do not include processing time.
Deadline for orders requiring next day or 2nd day delivery is 1:00 pm EST. Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select UPS placed on a Friday after 1 pm EST will ship the following Monday.
UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery. Please contact us to arrange this.

Returns
Merchandise may be returned to the Flag Lady Flag Store within 10 days of purchase at the Buyers expense providing the merchandise has not been used, and is in the original packaging. The Buyer must call (614) 263-1776 or (800) 797-FLAG to receive a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges from the original order plus the return shipping charges. If the Buyer wishes to return good after the 10 day period but within a period not exceeding 30 days, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the goods, less shipping .

Damage Claims
Please call the Flag Lady Flag Store (800) 797-3524 (FLAG) with all claims for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be kept in its original packaging. Replacements will be made at the sole discretion of The Flag Lady Flag Store providing all procedures have been followed properly. Buyer must sign for goods as "damaged" upon delivery. If damage is concealed, contact the Flag Lady Flag Store immediately at (800) 797-3524 (FLAG).

| All products made and sold at The Flag Lady Flag Store are inspected before shipment. If any product(s) prove(s) to have been defective in material or workmanship at the time of receipt, the Buyer must notify The Flag Lady Flag Store within 24 hours of receipt (800) 797-3524 (FLAG) for our procedures on providing a replacement. Replacement of defective materials will be made in a timely matter at the Seller's sole option providing the defective products are held intact and duly protected by the Buyer. The Flag Lady Flag Store is not liable to the Buyer for incidental or consequential damages. |
