The different production methods for Flags and Banners are applique, dyed, screen printed, embroidery, four color sublimation using many different materials from nylon, felt, tackle twill, cotton, satin, voyle, duck, and vinyl.

We have the most expertise, the right process, and the best material to make your Flag of Banner come alive.

Step One: The Idea
After consultation with our staff artist, the design idea submitted by the client is turned into a digital pattern file.
Step Two: Pattern
After the art is approved, a pattern of holes is punched into paper using a special plotter.
Step Three: Screening
Passing crayon over the pattern of dots creates an outline of the design on the background fabric.
Step Four: Pinning
Following the crayon guides, the various colored fabrics are cut and pinned into place to facilitate sewing.
Step Five: Sewing
Following the crayon guides the seamstress sews the design together with an appliqued satin stitch.
Step Six: Finishing
Using special scissors, the seamstress trims off excess fabric and removes any remaining crayon lines.
Step Seven: Quality Control
The finished item is thoroughly checked for accuracy. Brass grommets are added to announce completion always on time.
